Two Day IMSI Maple Syrup Grading School – Thur & Fri Oct. 24-25

• This is an advanced maple school for experienced producers
• Hands-on workshop focused on evaluating maple flavors, detecting off flavors, maple grades, accurately measuring proper density, bottling best practices, etc.
• Program and instructors from U of Maine and other experienced maple professionals
• Limited class size. Pre-registration required through U of Maine.
